If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

If you choose to exercise this right, you must notify us within this 14-day period and return the product to us. The item should be returned in accordance with our return requirements. Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue your refund in line with applicable EU consumer law.

To cancel your purchase under the EU right of withdrawal, go to our Returns & Exchanges page, fill in your order details, select ‘Return Item’ then choose ‘Order withdrawal’. You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label to your email address on file that you can print and secure to your parcel. Once you ship your items back and they are processed, we will be in touch to provide you a full refund.
