  • Feet can be sensitive at the best of times, and their surface area is much smaller than your back. That means more pressure against a smaller surface, but it’s nothing to worry about.

You’ll feel a tingling sensation as the spikes activate pressure points and help boost circulation. Over time you'll feel energy flow up from your feet throughout your body.

Like all acupressure tools, any initial discomfort is a reflection of inner tension. Like most things that are worth it, a little time (and a few deep breaths) is all it takes.

  • With 2,160 signature Level 2 spikes, you can expect a balance of initial discomfort and deep release. You can easily dial the pressure up or down by adjusting your weight.

  • Where acupuncture uses needles to pierce the skin, acupressure uses spikes to press against it. The key difference with your Acupressure Footpad is that you can activate multiple acupoints in as many seconds as it takes to stand on them, wherever life takes you.

  • The more you use it, the better you'll feel. Try pairing it with a daily habit like brushing your teeth, and keep the Footpad somewhere visible – like by your bed or under your desk – as a simple daily reminder.

This is a whole new level of sensation!

I've never felt anything like it and I think I like it...

I can do almost 2 minutes with a lot of heavy breathing, and a lean against a high place like the dryer.

I'm hoping the release of endorphins has a long term effect overall .

This is definitely worth a try.

    Hurts so good

I already have the bigger one and find it so relaxing, so I bought this smaller one for travel. It’s a weird “hurts so good” feeling that’s hard to explain, but it really helps me unwind! I wanted something easy to pack for trips, especially after days when we walk a ton or my upper back feels tense.

    Slow and steady

I've been standing on the foot pad a few minutes every day or two for two weeks. The first few times it was tough to stand on it and it definitely felt more like torture than bliss.

However, things slowly changed with each session. The torture lessened and began to give way to more focused relaxation being able to comfortably shift my weight around different parts of my feet.

I'm not yet at the bliss stage, but I am encouraged to continue. Despite feeling like my feet should look like a dimpled golf ball, they don't and so far I have experienced no negative effects.

    No pain no gain

Very painful to start, but after a min or so, then once you get off the mat the foot pain is greatly reduced. So far I’m only able to stand for a minute but will work my way up for longer, there are so many nerve endings at your foot and this mat activates almost all of them. Try doing it with socks if it’s too painful in the beginning.
