Roll the Ring up and down the length of each finger whenever for instant relief or distraction.

Use it prior to playing guitar. Warms up my old fingers to give better range of motion and be able to play easier without finger strain.

The ring isn’t as spiky as the rest of the Shakti products. It does feel great though, and helps with blood flow, which I need in my cold fingers.

I now have the mat, headband and the ring. I am happy with all 3 items. The mat was hardest to find the sweet spot. The ring is the easier to use if you want to try the shakti solution. I use it on my mouse finger and it has helped with the stiffness I was noticing on it due to overuse. If you can persevere, the mat gives the best relaxation!

Super item, release the arthritis pain in my fingers.
In 2020 I broke the fingers of my right hand, the index and little finger.
By using the ring I have less pain in these two fingers.
Normally I should have had hand surgery on the little finger, but due to corona that operation could not take place.
Parts of the little finger had broken off from the phalanx, two years later they were prepared to operate on this, but then the little finger had to be broken again.
I thanked the hospital festively for this proposal. The little finger is a bit crooked and hurts when it's cold weather, like in winter, but the acupressure ring does wonders.

We have had a Shakti mat for a while now but very impressed with the ring too. I have fallen asleep on our mat many times!
