I've been regularly using my Level 3 mat and pillow for some time, that slump into relaxation with the warm glow as I settle into the spikes, I didn't realise just how used to it I'd become. That changed when my Level 4 mat and pillow arrived! That initial scream of "AH!!" followed by some expletives too foul to type have turned the air blue and I've realised I'm not as tough as I thought!! The Level 4 gives me that feeling I had when I first lay on my Level 1 mat all of those years ago, who would have thought that a lower number of spikes would make such a HUGE difference! After the first wave of fight or flight, it took a bit of determination to stay lying on the mat! 45 minutes later, I woke myself up by snoring too loudly! It'd done the trick! I'd evidently drifted off, and I woke up feeling groggy and like I'd been pummelled by an angry masseuse! Perfect! The Level 4 is the new Shakti mat and pillow I didn't realise I needed, and it's purple!!

Absolutely love my shakti collections and the pillow is my new addition. I have level 3 mat as not long purchased it and I often fall asleep on both to a meditation. I love the warmth that builds where those spiky things meet the skin. I haven’t missed a night without using it since having them and they have travelled with me to a conference night away too 😆 I look forward now to go on it not read a book lol. It still takes a few ooo ouch moments to settle in it but once in it, it’s bliss. I also have the shakti cushion and ball
