Shipping
We ship to most countries in Europe from this website and provide free tracked courier shipping to Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
If you are looking for an update on your shipped order, please check your order status or email notifications for updates.
All orders placed before 3pm CET are packaged and dispatched the following business day.
Please note, there may be delays in processing during sales and holiday events.
All orders are shipped with Aramex from our warehouse based in the Netherlands.

Returns
We get it, shopping for spikes to relax on is tricky when you can’t try them first.
You can return your purchase free of charge for a refund or an exchange within 60 days of receiving your order, provided the items being returned are in the same condition as when you received them. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on gift cards, wholesale purchases, limited edition or clearance (final sale) items.
If you find that your Mat and/or Pillow is too light or too intense after you have used it, provided it is in good condition you may exchange it free of charge within 60 days of receiving your order for a different intensity.
You can request a return for a refund or an exchange via our contact form.
You will need the order number and email address that the items you wish to return were purchased with.
Please note that we only offer one exchange per order.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 5 working days.
If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information as soon as it has been processed.
If you have requested a refund, you will receive an email confirmation as soon as it has been processed. Please note, it may take an additional 1-2 days for the funds to clear through to your original method of payment.
Purchases bought from any of our retailers are not eligible for return directly with Shakti. In the event you are wanting to return a Shakti product that has been purchased through a retailer, please arrange this directly with the store it was purchased from.
